Working and living in harmony
Thanks to our flexitime model, working time can be flexibly scheduled subject to operational requirements. Hybrid working is also possible. Smartphones and laptops are provided as standard.
Time for yourself
You can build up your flexitime balance to a maximum of 50 hours, which can be converted into leisure time in consultation with your supervisor(s).
Recharge your batteries
Depending on age, our employees have five to seven weeks’ holiday. In addition, we compensate for national holidays that fall on a weekend by awarding corresponding annual leave days. Our employees work additional hours in advance so they can take the time between Christmas and New Year off. If you plan a longer trip or a short break, you have the opportunity to purchase up to 10 more days of holiday per year. Plus, additional holidays are awarded as a loyalty bonus for 5, 10, 15 and 20 years of service.

An easy Journex to Work
Just like the entire canton of Aargau, Brugg offers excellent transport connections and is easily accessible for the commuter whether by car or train. Our head office sits opposite the train station, making travelling to work by public transport an easy option. We also have some employee parking spaces in an underground car park that can be rented.
Onboarding

We are convinced that the first few weeks in a new workplace are particularly important. This is why we rely on a carefully prepared and jointly agreed induction plan. Feedback discussions help to clarify questions, set milestones, and identify any gaps so we can work together to close them.

Of course, professional familiarisation is not the only part of the onboarding process. We also think it’s really important that our new employees get to know their colleagues and that we introduce them to our goals, principles and corporate culture step by step.
